Living with dementia or Alzheimer's can be a scary and isolating experience, for both the person affected and their loved ones. Changes to routine or environment can worsen the condition, making tailored at-home care the preferred option over nursing care. At Silverberry Care, we offer a range of services to support those with dementia, allowing them to maintain independence in their own homes.

Our Caregivers receive specialised training to care for those with dementia, utilising simple techniques to manage challenging behaviours. We also work with other service providers to reduce difficulties faced by those with dementia. Our customisable services are available for a few hours a week or 24/7 care.

We prioritise quality care by mandating hour-long visits and tailoring our care to each individual's unique needs.
